HB 860 amends Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 3 of the O.C.G.A. Expands criminal responsibility for providing or allowing individuals under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. Hosts of social gatherings can be charged with criminal negligence should they knowingly allow individuals under 21 to drink.
