Staff Analysis of the Legislation

HB 904 amends Code Section 51-3-25 of the O.C.G.A. This would allow a suit to be brought against the owner of land for recreational use whenever a fee is charged on the date of injury on that land, regardless of whether the injured person is specifically charged a fee, so long as the individual is on the land lawfully and injured in connection with the recreational use.
