HB 927 amends Part 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 11 of Title 15 of the O.C.G.A. relating to general provisions relative to dependency proceedings. Upon placement of a child, DFCS will provide the caregiver with certain information in writing at or within 15 days of placement.
