Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SB 22 moves to amend Title 21 of the O.C.G.A to require an Official Voter Absentee Ballot to include a form of oath of the elector and of those persons assisting the elector, including their identification information, on the face of the larger envelope rather than on the back of envelope. In addition, the second envelope must have the name and address of the board of registrars or absentee ballot clerk on its face.
