SB 30 moves to amend Title 21 of O.C.G.A to require the State Election Board to establish procedures for electors entitled to vote by absentee ballot under the Federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. The new procedures would require voted absentee ballots to be returned electronically by fax or email, in addition to regular mail.
