HB 64 amends Code Section 19-7-5 of the O.C.G.A. to establish reporting practices for child abuse. Military law enforcement would be added to the list of agencies that receive child abuse reports. If such instances of child abuse are substantiated, child welfare agencies would forward their findings to military law enforcement and the applicable military installation family advocacy program. |
