HB 88 amends
Code Sections 40-6-394 and 40-5-63 of the O.C.G.A which makes it a felony to
cause an automobile accident that results in bodily harm and leave the scene of
the accident. Any person who violates this code section could be imprisoned for
no more than 10 years and could have their driver’s license suspended for 3
years.
