Staff Analysis of the Legislation

HB 108 amends the act creating the State Court of Clayton County by providing a mechanism of refusal for selected judges to decline the position of chief judge. Furthermore the bill provides for vacancies in the Office of the Chief Judge, and provides for the administration of court buisness and affairs in Clayton County.
