SB 45 moves to create Chapter 41 of Title 50 of the O.C.G.A to create the Georgia Horse Racing Commission to allow for pari-mutuel horse racing in the state. The bill would limit such horse racing to only be allowed in a limited number of equestrian centers in the state and it includes the distribution mechanism of the wagering pool from horse racing.
