HB 113 amends Title 40 of the O.C.G.A to prohibit license and instruction permit holders below the age of 18 from using a stand-alone electronic device or wireless telecommunications device while operating a motor vehicle. The bill reinstitutes a provision that was eliminated in the hands-free law.
