HB 111 moves to amend Code Section 9-16-19 to require a report on property and proceeds that were forfeited under the Georgia Uniform Civil Forfeiture Act. Such report shall clearly identify if such property and proceeds have any relation to a criminal proceeding in which there was an acquittal or dismissal.
