SB 63 moves to amend Title 35 of the O.C.G.A to provide new “probable cause” standards for which a local law enforcement agency may engage in a vehicular pursuit. Such new standards include homicide, aggravated battery, kidnapping, false imprisonment, rape, armed robbery and any offense that creates an immediate threat of death or serious bodily injury to another person.
