SB 84 moves to amend Code Section 16-11-129 of
the O.C.G.A to remove the requirement of a fee payment for the renewal of a
weapons carry license for members of the U.S armed forces who are on active
duty. Additionally, it would require such renewal license to be valid for a
period of 5 years for said members of the armed forces. |
