HB 346 amends Article 1 of Chapter 7 of Title 44 of the O.C.G.A to prohibit the use of certain retaliatory actions by a landlord against a tenant who exercise any right or remedy provided by for by a lease or law, gives notice of repair, files a code complaint with a government agency, or participates in a tenant organization. The bill further provides tenants remedies for such relations.
