SB 208 moves to amend
Code Section 40-5-67.1 to revise the implied consent notice read by an officer
to a motorist suspected of DUI. The legislation would change the consent to
state that only a refusal to submit to a blood or urine test could be used
against them in court and exclude the breathalyzer test. |
