HB 520 amends Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the OCGA to permit consolidated governments, by act of the General Assembly, to hold nonpartisan elections at the general election in even-numbered years; this permission does not apply to candidates for the office of a superior court judge, Court of Appeals Judge, or Justice of the Supreme Court.
