Staff Analysis of the Legislation
SB 304 creates a five-member Board of Elections and Registration for White County. Members will be appointed by the White County Board of Commissioners and serve a two-year term. The board shall have all the powers and duties of the superintendent of White County elections, the judge of the White County Probate Court, and the White County Board of Registrars in order to authorize the conduct of White County primaries and elections.
