HB 821 amends Title 47 of the OCGA to allow for any members as of July 1, 2009 of the Employee’s Retirement System of Georgia, the Georgia Legislative Retirement System, and the Georgia Judicial Retirement System to be eligible for postretirement benefit adjustments granted on and after July 1, 2020.
