Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SB 332 amends Part 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 12 of Title 16 of the OCGA to define the term ‘childlike sex doll’ and makes the possession, selling, lending, exhibiting, or manufacturing of one a crime. Possession may result in a misdemeanor on first offense, and, for subsequent offenses, imprisonment in between one and five years and/or a maximum fine of $10,000.
