HB 859 amends Code Section 40-8-73.1 of the OCGA to provide a maximum monetary penalty for violators of window or windshield tinting regulation. For first convictions, violators must pay a maximum fine of $50.00 and, for second convictions, violators must pay a maximum fine of $75.00.
