HB 941 amends Title 16, Title 45, Title 49 to authorize the Attorney General to employ peace officers for the purposes of investigating cases involving human trafficking, investigations and subpoenas, and medical assistance and to authorize such peace officers to exercise all powers of a peace officer. Regarding medical assistance issues, the Attorney General may also investigate and prosecute offenses or criminal cases to perform necessary duties.
