SB 388 amends Article 1 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the OCGA to increase the penalties for persons convicted of knowingly aiding the creation of false or fraudulent returns, affidavits, claims, or documents to a felony, a fine of no more than $10,000.000, and a one to five year imprisonment sentence.
