SR 841 amends Article I, Section II of the Georgia Constitution to waive sovereign immunity and allow petitions to the superior court for relief from certain acts of the state of Georgia or certain local governments, officers, or employees that violate Georgia laws, the Georgia Constitution, or the U.S. Constitution. A proposed ballot for this proposed amendment is also provided.
