HB 1034 amends Chapter 2 of Title 39 of the OCGA to penalized violators of employment regulation regarding minors with a maximum of $1,000.00 per violation as determined by the Commissioner of Labor. If a penalty is assessed for a violation, the commissioner will also appoint at least one impartial administrative adjudicator to judge violation appeals.
