HB21 amends Article 2 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the OCGA to provide a criminal fine of up to $1,000 for falsified 9-1-1 calls motivated in bias or with the intent to intimidate on the basis of an individuals' race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
