HB 141 amends Chapter 15 of Title 17 of the OCGA to require that payouts for medical service compensation be made in accordance with the medical services charges listed in the State Board of Workers’ Compensation, unless an investigation reasonably determines otherwise. Payments made to and accepted by a medical provider are considered to be paid in full.
