SB 120 amend Article 3 of Chapter 18 of Title 15 of the OCGA to create the honorary office of solicitor-general emeritus for the state. Any solicitor-general of the state court who retires honorably after having served as a prosecuting attorney for 20 or more years will automatically hold the honorary office of solicitor-general emeritus.
