HB 405 authorizes superior and state courts to hold court at alternative facilities, so long as the governing authority has a contractual relationship with the facility, should it be impracticable to hold court functions at the courthouse. The bill further sets conditions and limitations for alternative court locations upon counties which have a state court that is regularly used outside of the county. |
