SB1065- CTEDS; fourth year funding (Mesnard, Carter)

This bill allows CTE students in ninth grade and the year immediately following high school graduation to be included in the student count and ADM.

States that students enrolled in a CTE program will not receive funding for the 9th grade unless the student continues in a CTE program in grade 10, at which point the student will be funded for both years.

Specifies that funding shall not be provided for more than 4 years for the same student.

Directs member districts and CTE districts to decide the apportionment of the ADM for their students, so long as it does not exceed 1.0 for either district.
