HB2094- schools; online test preparation (Shope) This bill requires ADE to contract
with a provider to provide an online test preparation system that meets
specified requirements to prepare students to take a college admissions test. The system must be available for use
for the 2019-2020 school year, and as soon as possible for high school juniors. Appropriates $500K from the general
fund in FY20 to the State Board of Education to fund the system.
