SB1066- kindergarten; survey; report (Allen)

This bill requires the ADE to do the following on or before January 1, 2020:

=       Conduct an annual statewide survey to assess the following for each school:

o   How many hours per day of Kindergarten instruction is provided;

o   How full day Kindergarten is currently funded;

o   The current reading program; and

o   The reading proficiency of students in Kindergarten through grade 3.

=       Requires the early literacy program report to include the results of this survey and data collection.
