This bill establishes the Safe-To-Tell Program within ADE for anonymous reporting of violent or unlawful activity being conducted or threatened on school property, a school bus, or at a school-sponsored activity. ADE must manage and promote the program and provide training to law enforcement and school employees. Appropriates $400,000 from the general fund to establish the program. |
