HB2008- duty to
report; supervisor; administrator (Kavanaugh) This bill requires the immediate supervisor or administrator
of a person responsible for the care of a minor other than a parent,
stepparent, or guardian to report a reasonable belief of abuse, physical
injury, non-accidental neglect, or deprivation of care developed in the course
of employment unless they have reason to believe the report has been made by an
employee mandatory reporter. |
