SB1019- appropriation; pipeline valuation

This bill appropriates $3,000,000 from the state GF in FY20 to ADE for affected school districts that were ordered to pay property tax refunds in the final order in Transwestern Pipeline Company v. Arizona Department of Revenue.

Appropriates $1,500,000 from the state GF in FY20 to the office of the Treasurer to reimburse affected community college districts that were ordered to pay property tax refunds in the final order in Transwestern Pipeline Company v. Arizona Department of Revenue.

Specifies that the appropriation is in addition to any adjustment in state aid received by the affected school or community college district.

Requires ADE to prorate distributed monies to the affected school or community college districts based on the required refund if the appropriated amount is less than the aggregated refund amount.

Reverts the excess monies to the GF.
