This bill makes various changes to the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) Long-Term Disability (LTD) Program. ASRS is authorized to investigate information that indicates a member may have falsified information related to LTD Program eligibility or benefits or may not otherwise meet the requirements of the LTD Program.
