SUMMARY: LC 28 6394 Modifies provisions of the Zell Miller Scholar program

REQUIREMENTS:

extends the program to students who graduate from a private high school who graduate with a 3.7 grade point average
deletes language making each public school valedictorian and salutatorian eligible for the program; makes students in the top 3% of the graduation class eligible for the program

EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
