Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SUMMARY: Authorizes a local board to assign a bully to a school outside the student's attendance area.  Law enforcement shall be notified when a student allegedly commits a physical assault or battery of another student or school employee.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  July 1, 2010
