SUMMARY: Clarifies current law related to requirements that the Department of Education submit a list of names and addresses of all registered sexual offenders to each school in the state.

REQUIREMENTS: Current law provides that a list of registered sexual offenders be sent by DOE to school in the state.  This revision calls for DOE to " provide access to such information," allowing the information to be posted on a web site, for example.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval.
