Includes unlawful tampering with state student assessments as a "public employment related crime" which allows retirement benefits to be impacted should such a crime occur (see HB 1121).

REQUIREMENTS:
Applies only to persons who first or again become members of a public retirement system on or after July 1, 2010.

Only applies if HB 1121 or similar bill becomes law.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon approval by the Governor or by becoming law without such approval; only becomes effective if HB 1121 or similar law is enacted.
