SUMMARY:  Beginning July 1, 2013, every private and public elementary school must have carbon monoxide detectors and warning equipment which shall be periodically inspected and maintained in good order.

 

POINTS TO CONSIDER:  A local expense.

 

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
