SUMMARY: Requires by July 1, 2014, every public and private school and every early care and education program to have installed carbon monoxide detectors and warning equipment in each facility.

REQUIREMENTS: Rules and regulations related to installation, operation, inspection, and maintenance are to be established by the Safety Fire Commissioner.
