SUMMARY:  LC 33 5014  For students identified as a chronic disciplinary problem students, the administrator may develop a corrective action plan which calls for periodic attendance by the parent with observation of the student in a classroom situation.  Penalties are prescribed for parents who choose not to participate in such a plan.
