SUMMARY:  LC 36 2944S LC 36 2944S/AP  Encourages employers to provide work based learning opportunities for students age 16 and older through granting a 5% reduction in workers' compensation premium for employers who provide work based learning opportunities and participates in a State Board of Education certified work based employer program.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by  the General Assembly and Governor.
