SUMMARY:  LC 40 0715  Requires that at least one member of the Board of Community Health shall be an active participant in the state health benefit plan.

POINTS TO CONSIDER:  The Board of Community Health administers the state health benefit plan covering thousands of state employees including educators.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  July 1, 2015 if approved by the General Assembly and Governor.
