SUMMARY: LC 33 5784 Modifies discipline for students that brings a dangerous weapon to school.

REQUIREMENTS: If a student is determined to have possessed a dangerous weapon at school, the local board is authorized to determine the length of expulsion from school.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
