SUMMARY:  LC 22 6039  Creates the Joint Study Committee on School Construction

REQUIREMENTS:

• The Joint Senate/House Study Committee is to:
  • review historical data on school construction
  • methods of financing school construction
  • differential of school construction costs
  • compensation of architects
• Membership
  • Four members of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate
  • Four members of the House appointed by the Speaker
• On or before December 1, 2015 

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly.
