Creates the Senate Study Committee on School Construction

REQUIREMENTS:

  • The Study Committee shall undertake a study of the conditions, issues, and problems related to school construction and recommend any action legislation which the committee deems necessary or appropriate.
  • Membership
    • Five members of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate
  • On or before December 1, 2015
