SUMMARY:   LC 28 7727 LC 28 7896ERS (SCS) This bill would ensure that the assessed value of property would not be increased beyond the initial assessment value during a taxpayers appeal process.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval of the General Assembly and Governor.
