Amends the current statute on making a false public alarm to increase the possible punishment if the false alarm is at a place of "critical infrastructure" defined as "any building, place of assembly, or facility that is located in this state and necessary for national or public security, education, or public safety."

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
