SUMMARY:  LC 39 1129 LC 39 1364S Transfers the Georgia Driver's Education Commission from the Department of Driver Services to the Governor's Office of Highway Safety and extends the funding of the Commission through additional fines and penalties through June 30, 2019.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval of the General Assembly and Governor.
